Please take 3 minutes to watch this short video.
Since Thanksgiving is upon us, we should take a little extra time to stop and be thankful for what we have. With each blessing, there may be someone who is not so fortunate. With each gift, there may be someone who did not receive. With each day, there may be someone who did not wake.
The lesson in this video is simple….
(And don’t get caught stealing by the woman in the video because you might get smacked upside the head)
Not to give for something in return, but give because the gift of giving is a blessing that each of us should experience.
Yea, it feels great when we receive something from someone. But whenever we give, we also receive on the back-end. We may not be receiving something tangible, but we are receiving a part of life that we all should take time to experience.
You never know who you could be helping, or how it can come back to help you. The fact of the matter is that giving is a positive action. One positive action can lead to more positive action. It’s simple, so try to keep it that way. We should give when we can, big or small, simply because it makes a positive impact on someone’s life.
So the challenge on the table, sitting right next to the Turkey, is to give something this Thanksgiving. Whether it’s a smile, a gift, a bite of your macaroni and cheese, or maybe your best effort, just give and be thankful for the opportunity that is presented to you.
Thank you for taking time to read this. Have a Happy Thanksgiving and be sure to get in the Mind.Set.Go. spirit this holiday season.
Think Positive. Remember to Give.
Think Positive. Live Positive.
